We use a technical process to ensure that your translated document matches the original¡¯s size and quality. To make sure a translation conforms to the original, our editors can alter many aspects of the document without compromising the intended format.

Translations are normally delivered in Microsoft Word (.doc) file format.  However, many clients¡¯ computers do not support the Korean font.  To accommodate our clients, we can also deliver their products as text (.txt) or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) files. Even if you don¡¯t have Korean support on your computer, you can print these documents. If you need only the text, we recommend Korean text files. However, if your document includes graphics, we will send you a PDF file that can be read using Adobe Acrobat Reader.  This software required for viewing and printing these files is freeware.  It can be found at www.adobe.com.  Upon your request, a file can be delivered as an EPS file as well.

To meet our clients¡¯ needs, we use a variety of editing tools, including desktop publishing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PageMaker, Adobe FrameMaker, CorelDraw, and QuarkXpress.  Please feel free to make inquiries about your specific requirements for graphic software.
